Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (order number or packing slip) is required for all returns.

Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable” at the time of purchase.

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

Consumables (e.g., batteries) unless defective on arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the box.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item at no additional product cost; you may be responsible for any shipping cost differential.
